Excellent service & reliable, friendly couriers. I like the way they don’t leave items with neighbours if not in, drop at nearby UPS collection point instead.

My package was suppose to be on florida to my grandkids by friday ....today !!!!!and it's still sitting in NJ

Parcel arrived in Hodgkins IL at 7 AM Friday and went no further.... poor

We spent $100 to overnight a boy scout race car to a sweet little boy so he could race what his daddy made and ups screwed up and didn't get it there. We will never depend on UPS again.

This is the worst delivery I have ever seen. Without delivery, without notice, just update the website. Why don't you just run your business in website, and pretend that you a doing a real physical delivery

Pitiful. I'll be glad when these clowns inevitably go out of business

They loose my package

detail says that it was my parcel was delivered and it wasn't delivered said it was loaded on the vehicle and out for delivery today and I still haven't received it and it is now 11:55 p.m. on the 20th

Always terrible only thing worse is trying to talk to a actual person Amazon stop using UPS

Package made it to my town at 6 am. Was then incorrectly sorted and went 2 hrs away. Its always something with UPS. How do they stay in business?

well my order has to be delivered to me under my name but i didn’t get my order and it showed it was delivered

Terrible. No updates, no heads up, even with contact info. They'll tell you to expect a package at some time during an entire day, then show up sometime around 8pm. If you leave for a minute you're screwed. Won't even try to deliver the next day. They'll dump it at some "UPS Access point" that you have to go to to retrieve what should have been delivered. Never again.
