They said my package would be there the 13th today is 16 it's not there yet

Very fast and effective

When making a delivery they never use the key pad to enter security door to gain access to the building. It"s not fair to anyone who is expecting a package not to recieve the package on time.

Thought of using FedEx but decided to use ups this time for my mothers valentines day gift. Never made it!! Sticking with federal express from now on.

Absolutely awful company, they have tried to deliver my parcel, l have not been in. Left a card to say pick up locally, l live in Dorset the parcel was in Southampton not at all local!!! I said l would take responsibility for the parcel being left, but no. So what happens next as tracking says they have tried to deliver for last time!! Absolute shambles

The delivery service is poor. Did not ring the doorbell. Did not do next day delivery. I'm a disabled person and had to go though all this to get a package

Overall very happy with the service!! I know things are expensive; but it would help a lot of people if we could get a break in sending packages here in the U.S. because; Mothers and Father would like to send birthday presents, that don't cost so much to ship!! In my case my present was $1.77 more than shipping cost!! At least; give Seniors a Break!! Anyone 65yrs or over gets a 15% discount!!! Just saying!!!! :)
