Had a package sent to the drop station saying no one was home to deliver. No notice left. Only way I knew to pick up was tracking number provided by sender. Would have been sent back if I didn’t get the tracking number. Know they didn’t try to deliver as some work being done in front of house and driver would have had to walk a few houses to deliver the notice. Poor service.

Driver lied by saying we refused the delivery and said we sent him away. The item was due for redelivery the following day. It never arrived! Would have given zero stars

UPS has very bad customer service they deliver when you're not home and won't work with the customer to deliver when it is convenient and have rotten restrictions keeping customers from picking up there packages

I have scanned the tracking priority number and also typed in the numbers oh, and also double-check the numbers; and still it says there was no information on this delivery. It says maybe the driver did not enter in the scan code
