Always delivering my PACKAGES to the wrong address and never recovering them. Says package has been delivered and I never receive it or it comes days later.. NEVER USE UPS.. LET USPS DELIVER THE PACKAGES

Notes say we weren’t here to accept delivery and that’s a complete lie

Pay for 2 day air and package did not arrive by 5pm on second day. When you have to pay extra and high price you should get your package by 4pm .

I had my package delivered to the apartment leasing office knowing that somebody would be there during business hours. I got a notification saying that an attempt to deliver my package was made at 2:30 p.m. and that nobody was there which I know is a lie.

Customer service is a flat out joke and the only reason I gave one star is because there wasn't an option for less the delivery guys need a raise they do a great job but customer service less than minimum wage!!!

The UPS is a huge entity that forms a great job at what they do. Are they perfect? No. But for the amount of parcel & packages that they constantly move, they are extremely efficient. Thank you for what you do, UPS!

UPS is marking my packages delivered days before I actually receive them. Currently I am waiting for a package that is registered as delivered on February 4. It is now 3PM February 6th and I still don't have it.

Freight delivery times should be more precise than a 9 hour window
