They delivered with no issues, i didnt do 5 stars for one reason and its not the service its the business, y would they give you an option to charge for insurance if its over 100 dollars the job is to ensure it gets delivered if it an issue where things are being lost just raised the price for the delivery period so it can be covered period.

My overnight package was delivered quicker than I expected and the guys at the lakewood nj ups were amazing and friendly

Paid extra for UPS Red and it gets sent to the wrong side of the country???!!! This is so wrong. I want my money back!

My package was attempted delivered on Tuesday, I was home all day and didn’t hear anybody knocking on my door. What surprises me, is that the employee left a note at the man door without any name. I took it and went to the UPS store, and they told me that they don’t have my package. I wonder if you’ve returned it or not.

The boxes are thrown everywhere far away from main door.they never ring the bell or knock at the door to let me know that they delivered my box

Despicable the way this company is run.

Easy to find and check tracking, but info about my parcel is limited. All it says is the date. Doesnt say where it is or estimated day of arrival.

What I dislike was that this guy was worry about selling insurance for my product more than taking care of its shipping,,,other than that, not to bad.

Never on time, one day deliveries take 2 to 5 days. Call for answers and told it can't be changed in system. Need a new system!!!

My package arrived at a location, then for 6 days, there was no update on the tracking info. No departure for 6 days? What is going on?

Only got info on Friday 24. No further information.
