Been waiting for updates on a package for 4 days, no results, worst service ever, employees must be angry at the customers!!!

Doesn't deliver to PO Box

My husband had things delivered here all the time for his work but items I have shipped here never arrive on time or there end up being a problem with it at the north apollo warehouse. I'm not very happy with the service.

I hate UPS. You can’t even find out where your package is other than the day it was shipped. I wish companies would stop shipping via UPS. USPS is so, so, so much better. You can track your package each step of the way. And you can even get the day it will be delivered to your door. UPS has none of that. But, I blame myself as I should have asked or stated that it come by USPS. Oh well, live and learn.

UPS is slow. I would never use them again. It's faster for me to crawl on my hands and knees through broken glass to pick up my parcel myself rather than have UPS deliver it.

Worst service imaginable. My Kindle ordered from HSN has been on worldwide tour and I still have not received.

Access site not open on Sundays & Saturdays only from 10 to 2. My package left today @155 pm. I work mon. Through Fri til 6pm. When do I get my package? Next Saturday 10 to 2pm. UPS needs a more customer friendly site. I am not happy with this at all.

I had a UPS driver not knock on my door on the last delivery day before Christmas thus making a present come late. I much rather ship with FedEx, USPS or Amazon.

UPS has never let me down there always on time package looks good unless it came from China I love u p s over the US mail I think they're awesome thank you UPS for always coming through service

I don't know why anyone would hate on UPS. Don't like them? Don't use them. Then we'll see how much you diss them

Some of your drivers are dishonest. I didn’t not receive my packages today. They stole them and yet the email saying it was delivered. Honesty begins in the heart.

Tha driver delivered my package to tha wrong address and just left it there. Not professional at all
