  • This is like the 5th time there's been a problem w delivery driver. This time had credit card overnighted said I'd have to be home to sign. Ups left it on steps of the complex I live in. Not happy!

  • Sent heart monitor with two weeks of cardiac recording back to facility to interpret the info for my cardiologist to determine treatment options for me. After 5days it has not been delivered and my doctor can’t treat me for a serious heart problem until he does. Life threatening-unacceptable

  • I was waiting for a large check. There was no knock at my apartment door. The envelope was left on my step, in the weather. You are very, very lucky the neighbor dogs were not outside! It will be a very difficult decision to trust UPS again.

  • UPS is the absolute worst shipping company. They lost my package and gave me the run around for over a month. I finally got a check for most of the cost $2100.00 but a week later they put a stop on the check because they found the package. I now have to wait until it is examined by the receiver to make sure it is not damaged . If it is I have to go through a whole new process to get my refund. Outrageous!!! I am totally disgusted with UPS and the people they choose to hire.

  • 2 Day Guaranteed Delivery was “Delayed due to weather event”. This was odd as The National Weather Service radar/reports speed no signs of rain, ice, wind, although a less than 50% chance of 1” of snow on one part of the route was possible. It is suspicious the “Delay” wasn’t posted for 5-6 hours after the supposed weather event which meant I could not drive an hour and a half to fetch it at the depot or make other arrangements. By the time I learned of the delay, the depot was about to close for the weekend. After a while on the phone, they said someone would meet me the next morning so I could pick it up but they wanted my phone number to make sure I would show up. That were to call me right back with instructions. They never called, the service center had no way to contact anyone over the weekend. I suggested they could easily give it to a registered and insured Livery service that came to my location several times a day but UPS had “no process” to do such a thing. There was a major Class Action Suit by government agencies against UPS for falsifying delay codes around 2014. They lost and “made changes” to prevent such abuse again. I am just an individual customer without the resources of government agencies. However, I also learned that the container with my Guaranteed 2 Day parcel ($45.00 cost) was never “unloaded” as well as the depot “did not have a driver available” that afternoon”. It is hard not to conclude that falsification is alive an well at UPS. But heck, who has to worry about a little guy?
