Lost packages! Never receive them! Leave packages at different addresses!! CANNOT EVEN RING DOORBELL WHEN IT IS RAINING!! SOAKED PACKAGES!! JUST ALL OF THE ABOVE IS LAZINESS AND NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR JOB!!!

What good is this tracking. I don't use Facebook.

For my parcel you guys are charging me 235 dollar custom charges.. I have already called twice but no one is contacting me again to explain the situation . All my things are gonna turn bad if there is further delay. Now on weekend your customer care is not available

Slow delivery as always

Bad service , my order went to other one not to me , im still not recieve my order, zero stars

My package was never delivered

My shipment should be reached on 23May 24 but unfortunately not reached proper time ,Food stuff my be after 23may useless. Sending by ups due to credibility but sorry to say failed to do it my purpose is waisted. Yrs staff was excellent at facility in Sinco Ranch Katy.

Was told it would arrive Wednesday. Did not. Called. Told it would arrive before 3. Asked if it could come earlier. Told 2 Never showed at all.

Paid handsomely for overnight delivery with signature. 3 days later delivery was finally made but dumped on front porch. They were so kind as to send me a picture of it lying on the porch floor. NEVER AGAIN. l could have ridden a bike that 130 miles in 3 days

Very poor service.

Left my letter on the front porch in the middle of a storm. My parcel was almost completely soaked. Luckily I looked outside and saw it on the ground in a growing puddle of water. Terrible.

Very bad services, I paid for express but they do regular service Recommend don’t use this company

My package was left on my back porch which isn't used at all. It contains medicine that has to be refrigerated asap. No one knocked on my door to let me know package had arrived. It sat out there 4 hrs. This is very expensive medicine.
