My parcel delivery has been rescheduled twice now and I still don’t have it. If Well.ca continues to use this courier I’m unlikely to order from them again.

I'm expecting my parcel to arrive last Monday.. What day and date is today my God still not here... Poor service

My car broke down and I have not had any transportation for 3 weeks now and I am running out of food and water Now I am going to have to go brow from my neighbors I paid for it to come here in 2 to 5 days and insurance I'm told that it's too bad but they are going to send me my money back I'm not interested in the money I need the part UPS said. From mother God apartment 21 ordered the king package he's so throw it in the interest to the apartment so May 13th at 3rd in the lobby there's three floors this building 80 tenants and you're throwing the lobby so of course my package is gone. The inside the front door like effing building did not order the package

If there was rating of Zero, I would have given that. Confused, incoherent and irresponsible company. I booked a packet and it is 20 days and still shows in transit. Even if one walks with the package it would have reached its destination by now. This is my second bad experience. I suggest you go to FedEx or DHL to get a good service. This will be my last interaction with UPS.

I book on 5/15/24 today 21 st god knowing vere is my parcel very poor service

Worst timing ever. our package delayed for more than 4 days. It tales forever to come. if you need to send anything go with fedex garenty better.service this sucks.

I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience except one time. I'd rather use them than the post office. Now Fed Ex, that's a whole other world! They don't even come to mind when I want to send something, THAT'S how bad it is!

They deliver, but tracking leaves a lot to be improved, no time stamps, no eta, so you are hostage until your package arrives.....when it arrives

Keep getting email stating I need to give better directions...false tracking number...is this a scam to give more information? Has happened multiple times with different orders...better check this out if it is a scam...poor business security!
