  • UPS is a joke. never on schedule, one minute in destination city, a minute later parcel in another city. schedule arrival time 12-4pm, then changed to 8pm. later changed to next day. Am I supposed to wait whatever they say?

  • The most worst courier service nearly I am waiting to receive my courier for more two weeks that concerned person didn't attend the call for four days After four days he attended the call will deliver at 10 am 12 am 4 pm 6.30pm tomorrow day after tomorrow irritating

  • Waiting for a delayed delivery, to try and track to have to pay 2 dollars just to contact an expert so they can tell me why their trucks are sitting idle in 1 location for days At a time. This is a business shipment not personal

  • A parcel of 12kg cost me 185€ handling by agent from China on 30/4/24 they provide responsible service but when I realized I must change the rececive address after the label created, it charged 23€ that’s fine and make sense. But I could accept that they made amendment address takes 7days long ??? What’s the reason that i spent such amount to wait an urgent parcel ? And surprisingly , i still not seeing any updates with tracking number ?? Tell me where it is ???

  • I ordered 2 cell phone coming by UPS delivered to a simpler address . Love that we can view the picture when it was delivered. I drive thru my area looking for the door in the picture. Found it!!!!

  • This company is the most corrupted shipping supplier for this country. Can not trace a tracking number that they gave me. I will let them return it at their expense, Then they let you have a company called ‘’Answer This’’ and then they have now charged me $66.00 each time I attempted to use their suggested tracking site, at my cost so they do have to be responsible, I have been told UPS is covered for lost parcels, and they let the insurance company cover all losses. Isn’t this a great company we want in charge of all our shipping. And did you ever attempt to phone UPS? They make fools and idiots, of every client they say they are working for. Let’s all wake up.

  • On 29th april,2024 , I decided to ship my expensive stuff through UPS and since it was needed to be reached urgently I opted for express shipment and firstly they ripped me of 88$ assuring that my products would reach next day. Today is 10th May,2024 and I have no clue where my shipment is. On contacting the store 4 days after they said it’s sitting in some warehouse in Richmond and since then they have began an investigation and I’m so mentally stressed out since the products were over 3000$ in value and they haven’t got back to me since then. I would never in my life opt for UPS even if they offer me free services too. They are so irresponsible in taking care of the shipments and haven’t even given me any assurance of finding the shipment
