Still waiting on my letter which was shipped for overnight this is 2nd day. Really irritated I paid 78.89 For overnight. Sent Wednesday 2:30 p.m. Here it is Friday 2:30 p.m. still not here

Box arrived with a gaping hole that was taped. $2000 dehumidifier May have been damaged.

It just happened again! My medicine almost delivered to the wrong address! Thank God the man told him where I lived! 5000.00 worth of medicine for 1 month!

Poor delivery. Package ended up in Vernon instead of Vancouver and is now back in the USA extending delivery by another week.

Last year I was waiting for medicine..5000.00 worth ..tracking and signature...never got it..was a signature but wasnt mine..never got medicine and fought with insurance company to get it..but because it was more then 2 weeks past ups would not investigat

Terrible tracking!! Tells you that package is gonna be here one day but never shows up and doesn’t show history off where the package is or has been

They suck! I have left my door code I have talk to the manager and my packages still don’t get to my house I have to wait an extra day so that I can go pick them up from another location

I have been a loyal UPS user for years. During this long relationship UPS has never disappointed me and has ALWAYS been accurate and on time with every delivery. I will continue using this service for times to come!

I would leave 5 stars if I had to deal with only city delivery, I live in a rural area where delivery is 50% at best, on time once, then dumped at local post office the next. Very like an Easter egg hunt.
