  • Pay good money for Amazon Prime only to have UPS drop the ball yet again. Their web site now says “we were unable to dispatch the trailer which will cause a delay”. I don’t pay for delays. The package is in Orlando, not in the middle of a snowstorm somewhere up north. Totally unacceptable.

  • Simplest of jobs. Deliver a package. Not a genius position. Nobody home? Leave a completely filled out notice. Customer responds “ leave at door. package no value”. LEAVE IT AT DOOR! I’VE RELIEVED YOU OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!!! Don’t lie and say you atttempted delivery but nobody was home... WHEN WE WERE! Idiot drivers that have ZERO common sense on how to do their very simplistic job. Worthless!!

  • UPS has always delivered on time and are very friendly. Except one that literally threw my packages on to my porch so hard that they slide and hit the wall and one fell of of the other one. Did the same thing on the same day at my sister's house two houses between us. Maybe he was running late. But I have to give 5 stars for all the great delivery people and everyone that work's hard to make it happen.

  • UPS has severely gone down on customer service. When placing a tracking #, UPS HAS MADE IT SO TIME CONSUMING & lengthy it’s ridiculous. USPS & FedEx are easy & your not force guide to join Facebook or other ways creating an account to receive TRACKING UPDATES AND STATUS. USPS & FED EXPRESS MADE IT SIMPLE AND QUICK. UPS has gone to far requiring or encouraging websites to be a. Choice to receive updates. Difficult to explain but test track a tracking # on all three companies. UPS WINS THE OSCAR FIR RED TAPE AND JUST TRY GETTING A UPDATE. “UPS, you use to be the best but now your are a DOG for a customer simply placing a tracking number is a mistake what UPS WANTS YOU TO DO TO GET TEXT OR UPDATES. UPS, shape up or you will ship out! POOR BUSINESS REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER TO DO TOO MUCH TO SIMPLY TRACK A NUNBER. In the scale of 1 - 10 UPS RATES (1) only one meaning poorly.

  • I was waiting for my package and they never ring my bell nor leave the paper to pick up the package.. this is just unacceptable this is the 2nd time they did it. how can i retreive my package without the paper and why is UPS not delivering my package?

  • When the tracking says it will be delivered nothing shows up. When no scheduled delivery they show up. Very frustrating.
