My package can't be tracked right now

Worst sevece I have ever seen. Clerk can not find the parcel. Clerk out stocking shelves not near counter customer s have to go to pharmacy and have them paged them to come to the counter. Clerk is a nightmare from help!

Don’t pay for 2nd day air. They deliver when they want .

Packages shouldn't be left at the door unless a driver knock then give person a package. Leaving packages on a porch with a busy street way , now l haven't received my package. Leave a note saying pick up package at UPS.. yesterday was my nephew's birthday and he didn't receive his package l had ordered because UPS didn't deliver to my home . I was at home the entire day, sitting with my blinds open . I'm devastated.

WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!! Will never use again and would advise everyone to steer clear. They are dishonest and incompetent! Stars would be minus 0 but sadly not available.

It's horrible....my couriered consignment is not yet delivered for 3days....it has been in transit on out for delivery since last 3 days....in country like USA... Hopeless courier service...

I always get my packages delivered by a great carrier.

When they deliver they don’t knock or ring the doorbell

I have been waiting for my Tuesday delivery...it is wednesday night.

Took 2 days for an overnight parcel. Called the office said it will be delivered then was not until the next day.

The company acknowledged the delivery is very important so for speedy delivery I was charged over $400. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered on time as per contract, no money reimbursed for non-delivering. No more UPS for me
