Driver showed up at apartment complex. Got out with a sticker stating that he could not contact me. No evidence that he tried. Supposed to be delivered to drop off location later today. We will see.

Over 5 days and NO package

UPS failed me not only once but twice in a period of only two days. $150 guaranteed overnight. Employee mislabeled my package and was returned next day. Sent again and plane has "mechanical problems" for two more days. Like UPS only has one plane. Still havent got my package. This is day 4. Now they say maybe tomorrow. I have it insured but evidentally you have to wait like 150 years to file a claim. Looks like FedEx next time for me. 800# customer service was pitiful. In store customer service was more friendly. As of today, i would not recommend UPS

Well it's like this how can you take and leave a package an hour and a half away from one town to another town and not even be the same address that was supposed to be delivered to really sad that somebody just wants to throw packages out and not do the job

I think UPS needs to monitor their drivers deliveries. My packages are always late or lost even when I pay extra to get them early. Not happy with them at all.
