2 day delivery took 6 days. What are people paying for?

I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 days now I've made several calls and they keep taking my package back to warehouse after assuring me I would get my delivery and once again no delivery

I made an error and had something sent to my old address, a request for re routing was put in and these people can't figure it out. I hope fed ex is better

My package says delivered and it is not. Last 2 packages I was home and noone knocked. Threw my package by my front door....I watched from peep hole...and walked away. Slung my door open and said did you plan on knocking. Horrible service these days

I have been waiting package to arrive from Parsippany when I first track it, the was in Parsippany Nov. 1. It hasn't moved since! Still in Parsippany. TED! TRACKING # 1Z0524680300171695

They deliver items late way too frequently.

Delivered to the wrong house

You need to realize that people choose to have things shipped to them for convenience. It is INCONVENIENT when something is attempted to be delivered during normal working hours and not dropped off because no one is home so we are asked to pick up packages ourselves. Do deliveries during weekends and evenings. I can’t believe no one has figured this out yet.

Always delivered in good condition and on time. Love UPS.
