You need to realize that people choose to have things shipped to them for convenience. It is INCONVENIENT when something is attempted to be delivered during normal working hours and not dropped off because no one is home so we are asked to pick up packages ourselves. Do deliveries during weekends and evenings. I can’t believe no one has figured this out yet.

Always delivered in good condition and on time. Love UPS.

I downloaded the app, and then provided personal information, expecting to receive more specific delivery information... Nothing more than I already knew, which is “Delivery Soon.” Dissatisfied also with Customer Service, which is an endless ping pong game with automated responses. Deleted the app.

I had a refrigerated Pharmaceutical package to be delivered. We close at 2 o’clock on Fridays and it is now 230 and has not yet arrived.

First pkg was lost.. And delivery on 2nd still didnt come in a timely manner

They are the worst carrier to deal with worst

If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. Most terrible customer service I've seen in a long time. Will never use UPS again if I can help it.

This has been a nightmare and I am not happy , a simple in state ship ended up in Boise ID and then in Kentucky and I don't know where the hell it is !!!!!

Watched UPS truck turn around in my driveway but no attempt to walk to door and deliver package twiced in two week span called butt no help yet crazy need my stouf

My mother stayed at my house the day you claimed to attempt delivery until 8:00 p.m. & I have video surveillance. There was no delivery attempted at 7:18 p.m. pathetic.

My package didn't get delivered on 11-05-19 because UPS had the wrong address. Today is 11-06-19 and it's suppose to be delivered today. I have tried all morning to make sure they leave it on the front porch and not at the garage. I don't want it to get wet!!! The 800 tellers aren't doing their job well at all! Neither of the two were helpful!
