Not tracking my delivery no email

UPS never and I mean NEVER pays a claim. They broke a 100 CD player by dropping the box over my gate once and for Mothers Day they delivered a live plant with blooms UPSIDE DOWN-IT DIED!! UPS sucks.

Ups drivers are not up to date, with all changes that get down during a change. And delays people receiving there packages. Not satisfied with ups

Live in an apartment and will not come through the gate when I have a heavy package They will only deliver small packages I do not have a car this is why I need my packages delivered and this really sucks to have to go pick it up

When I enter the tracking # I am told my pkg was delivered on 11/5/19 & received by LINN. No one by that name at my address. I can’t get an answer to “where was pkg delivered”? It is not at my address

I ordered TV , and they did not deliver it to my front door, i live in a 3rd floor apartment, and it stated that no one to receive the package . The driver left the TV in the leading office , which is 1/2 mile away from me , so i have to call a cousin who has a big car to help me pick it up , bad service ! Too bad that my online retailer uses UPS , their services sucks

For poor package management and loop ivr call. Dumbest tech implementation. People in boardroom should come out and test their system to experience customer pain then analysing data over ppt. Kunal
