How can you loose a package (document ) paid for overnight delivery and its been a week and still will not let the customer file a claim.

I don't understand why you advertise overnight delivery but you have already sent me a notice that it's going to be a day late. It was important for my package to arrive on time. Very disappointed.

Worst shipper I have ever dealt with! Cannot make shipping dates as required Would recomend FED EX whenever possible. UPS is not competent of making commitment to customers.

Next day air, bs , don't waste your money, pd over night, last week still arguing with idiots at ups just on my location which they have a problem finding on there own, I had to go to there office and argue to make them quit saying I gave them the wrong address. Dispatch lady needs to be retrained, on customer service and what the mission statement is for ups, (deliver packages on time to the right address.)

Very dissatisfied! I have been sending packages tó Georgia from Maryland for the last four years. Now, áll of a sudden, the address is incorrect? Stupid, lazy drivers and customer service that can't comprehend the English language. I was told the driver's supervisor would call me back in about án hour. That way 20 hours ago! It should not take só Long for the package to get there, I sent it a week ago ....still has not arrived! My rating is a big fát zero!

Idiots working at ups with attitudes, cant even do there job, cant find basic addresses, argue and insult instead of resolving there mistake.

On tracking doesn't show correct delivery address, Now reciver refuses they don't have,because Delivered Brooklyn, NY,no correct address online tracking, to ge Found up where Delivered, I have to claim dispute because online tracking doesn't show correct Address, show's only Brooklyn NY

Ordered a ac adapter and was supposed to come by 8pm on Sat. It did not... Waited till Sun... It did not come .. Its a charger for my old laptop with my production program on it fir my music... Ive been without my studio for 7 days now.. Dont want to cancel because i need it... But wanted a place to vent...SMMFH

Awful didn't even get my package

Awful,order was not delivered.it said online they delivered my package,hope someone else has fun wearing my clothes I paid for!! I had to give a 1 star to submit this but would not even give them half a star

I have never dealt with a company that their truck is on my street everyday and I can NEVER get anything delivered! They tell me my address is wrong. I may be blonde but I know where I live! This is ridiculous!

Unacceptable service. Didn't deliver on scheduled day. Will use fed ex
