Could not find their own house!

This company could not find an address if it was next door!

Very poor next day air delivery. Ordered part 10/31/19 and informed we do not deliver on saturday.

Miss my pick up and package was late .. this happens alot.

Horrible company. I waited 3 days for package but it never arrived. It was sent back. It was my medication. There was a note left on my door. I signed the back and put it back out. I was at home waiting for the delivery and tracking it. It was documented that delivery failed which was a lie. I was at home and the driver documented a time of delivery 30-45 min before the time arrived. The driver lied. I was home watching and waiting. No one tried to make a delivery. They sent it back causing me a lot of difficulty that driver needs to be fired

Did not arrive when scan said it did! Not even the same day!@

UPS is garbage a bunch of liars

I was impressed less than 20 hours.

Faster and cheaper than USPS

never use UPS or pay extra think for express for nothing

horrible ship downtown to scrabough take 5 day not sure if they walk by deliery？

Useless system don't deliver to outside address. No po. boxes And don't phone. No stars

They never hit the buzzer, they just leave the notice on the door! Lazy! They should shut down the business because they only deliver the packages on the access point! I just don’t have a choice because it’s the only courier the company where I go shopping uses, horrible service all the time.

For the third time in a row my package has just been thrown in the middle of my gravel driveway. Yes, I can tell it was thrown by the marks left on the ground and the dirt and gravel on the packages. What happened to delivering to the doorstep?
