Great tracking number

UPS tracking stated it would be delivered to my home at 10:30 AM. I took time off of work to be here. I have been in my kitchen looking outside the whole time and my package not delivered here. I looked it up online and it says it’s been delivered to an “access point”. That is very frustrating and NOT acceptable.

Terrible experience! Item was sent overnight and never showed up! Called ups and couldn’t understand the man that answered. I then called the ups store in Blackwood he called ups and they couldn’t locate the package. I then went on the tracking site and it stated they were investigated what happened to the package. A day later I received a phone call from acme and they told me they found my package in a box mixed in with signs for the store. I had to drive to the acme 20 miles from my house to pick it up. The package contained two money orders. I’m very great full to the store for calling and holding it for me. As far as ups goes there saying it is still under investigation. They still don’t have a clue where it went!!!!

Awful spent $100 for a shipment between Phoenix and Calgary - 3 days and still don’t have. Pair of glasses what a joke

My package hasn't moved from illinois

It accuses me saying the number is incorrect and the package is being delayed when I need it by tomorrow

Can you let me know when you get close to my house or can you leave it tomorrow at my neighbor house 2305 west Somerset St two doors down from me

Package not delivered on time

Packages have been delivered damaged or at the wrong address, not delivered at all, etc.

Great service at "The UPS Store" in Wichita Falls, TX, has been superb with every visit I have made. Very courteous and professional. Never a problem. Thank You.

They leave packages on the porch without any regards.

Waiting so excitedly to get this package for days, said it was delivered and no were to be found. I'm so beyond mad!
