Driver NEVER gets parcel to us. I have to track it down, everytime. Need to improve service in Campbell River BC.

UPS has always been one of the best delivery trucks in the world

Bad...sent item Sat. Nov. 2, item has not arrived as of TODAY, Tues Nov.6. Tracking showed item was at Destination but was not delivered. Birthday Present!

Wow put my life in their hands and they fumbled badly. 2 day by 1030 am would work if you dont mis sort the package. So 12 hours after it was guaranteed to be delivered its still somewhere in the State it was shipped from. Way to go.. in ruining a family never again putting my trust in this company

They always say that they can’t find my address or that the address is wrong and alway deliver late.

Livreur jamais venu mais il dit qu'il est passé er que jetait pas la ce qui n'est pas vrai mai rester dans mon salon toute la journée justement pour l'attendre y sais jamais pointé la face service pourri

He said he came and never did so did not get my delivery because the delivery man never did his job really poor service

Paying for overnight is a joke and tracking numbers are useless. Extremely dissatisfied.

UPS next day is not always next day and without being given a reason why

Bad service never answer the phone to find my package or let me the information were to pick up.

The ups person never came to my apartment. Never left a note. The office at my apt. Said UPS never came into the office no one ever saw the ups truck. I called 3 times was told I would get a call back never got one. Called this morning at 8 am was told I would get call back, still waiting. Asked for a manager was told there is not one. I can only wait for a call back. Asked for a phone number said there is not one.

Always on time

I have not received my package yet the website said 8:58 but it is now 10:00 and the package is not here
