I am so dissapointed, the package lest New Jersey from the 11th of April and should be delivered on Friday 12 of April. I call numerous times. I called Tuesday 16th of April at that time they requested my Apartment number on Tuesday 16th April which I have provided. Today , Friday19th of April I have not received thr package. Not even a telephone call I did not receive. Very poor Customer Service and delivery service....

Communication is very poor. Not keeping their words and when calling for updates they will redirect you to the next person and it just keeps on circling. Nobody takes responsibility

Waiting 7 days now and it hasn't moved. Paid for everything Decided to stop payment to inspire these fools.

Where is my package

This is very bad, you have a package that you have not even given me a delivery date for, and it is a delicate package and it is urgent.

I was told that my order was at UPS in Walton Kentucky and would be delivered on April 17th.now I'm told it's in transit.it is the 19th Where is my package?

Parcel ordered from Ontario....sits in my neighboring city 60 miles away for 3 days

23/March 2023 from Pakistan to hongkong ships,until today 18/April 2024 package not Delivered,Such a Stupid Service,even hotline they didn't Answer?

Been waiting on a parcel for 3 days now. Each day it says out for delivery and I cannot track my parcel as ups app just doesn't let me log in even after changing my login details. I have emailed them but have not received a response. Terrible delivery company. Yet again I have to wait in like I have nothing better to do
