0 star for ups garbage service my package was send on March 28 sitting sitting in Dubai please don't use ups even it's free called 3 time no one have any information or answer they don't take any responsibility

Third class service poor worst . They charge for express service but provide delayed service

Very slow service parcel transported from. Bombay to Bangalore and departed to usa late.

Your service is really bad. Our parcel was supposed to come on April 2nd but we still haven't got it, it's been like a week. Our tracking number is also not working.

They said it will be home by 5/4/2024 until today nothing came through yet

I would give 0 stars if that was possible, it's highway robbery to charge me $72 on a 2 pound package that only cost $250 including the $80 shipping cost

When is my parcel is coming

Just now discussed with operator sent me form to get refund but very nervous always giving out my visa number which I will do at UPS Office here in Halifax in person…. Right now I just want to know where it is and if it has left Prince George which was dispatched wrongly!
