Yesterday 28 march dropped off my parcel personally at UPS and it is delayed and no one communicates what is needed to get the parcel shipped. What a lousy amateuristic company and a useless helpdesk no communication with people on the floor what kind of help is this. Rate is even below zero stars.

My package was supposed to be delivered tje latest yesterday. I tracked it and it has arrived at the UPS facility on the 26th of March. May I know where is it now?

Whats causing the delay?

Waiting for a car part that traveled 500 miles in 3 days tosit 30 miles from my house for the 2 days..

My parcel is on the way and said that i try reciever is not available try second attempt next day and next day i am waiting all day even they did not come yesterday and now my flight for out country tomorrow morning and stupid call service not understanding and even not transfering to other

I don't understand the problem, my package has been sitting at the same location for over a week. I thought UPS was better than this.

A yr ago or so I sent a package from Anchorage Alaska to Sacramento Calif. It was frozen moose meat sent on my brothers commercial acct. The package never arrived even though tracked, the only conclusion was these packages are stolen by employees and yes I received $100 from ups.

Lack of communication constantly changing the due dates on your deliveries overall UPS sucks

You know I ordered something and it said it'd be here on the 28th and every single time that I have to go through UPS and it's not by choice that when that day comes the 28th now they add another 4 days on top of that before my package possibly will get delivered It was shipped out of California I live in Washington State and went to New York now it's in Illinois and that's as far as I got on it now why in the hell did it go from California to New York when I live two states above California something just don't add up

Why our baggage kept 3,4 day’s unnecessary at Bangalore ? By which we are in tension with a doubt, the items may be spoiled

And again: UPS says, it has been at our home, but nobody was there. My husband and I were both at home. I'm waiting for a whole month now for a fabric that was supposed to become a dress for an occasion that has passed now. Two weeks ago I exchanged mails with a service member of UPS. She told me right into my face, that I was lying...! Then she wrote into the system that I had asked for a pause of two weeks. I had NOT! They write whatever they want into their computers, and one can do nothing against it. It's a pure horror. NEVER, never again IN MY LIFE I will use UPS.

First and last time I'll ever deal with this company. Save your money and buy a stamp, delivery will be faster! Tracking is horrible and only updated when it's convenient for them.
