The delivery driver left a small Amazon package at my front door that belongs to 4 Ellis and took my overnight Express package for 13 Ellis and left it at 4 Ellis. I had to walked to the beginning of my street to exchange my package. I paid about $61 to deliver that package, I went looking for. Frustrating!!

After spending a lot of money to pay for this goes to be delivered to my address here in UK. I have been waiting since 20 second of match and no news as to what day I will receive my acting. I am spending a lot of time sitting at home waiting. I don't get paid to sit at home

My experience with ups is the best. The have good customers services and good employees

I rarely buy things online. After I placed an order a week ago, I realized it is heavy and I don't have a enterphone number to my apartment. Today is the delivery day, I check and track constantly... to find it has arrived, just at the door! Thank you so much the ups delivery person! You made my day!

I won't buy anything delivered by UPS again

I paid $238.++ to have overnight from Washington State to NY, NY....! They flew overnight got it there at 0548 (I thought WOW THAT IS AWSOME)! That was Friday 0548, it it NOW Tuesday night 1800 NY time.......so can anyone guess where my overnight express package is??? At UPS building on Broadway and Reads street STILL! After fighting with AI and put on hold 11 minutes to speak to human that told me oh so sowwy so sowwy ahuh ahuh ahuh ok we get big man boss call you ok!? Still waiting for call, and now it will not They lie they lie! They are per map be delivered till tomorrow 6 days late! I was told "it is out on truck" since this morning but shows it never left the building! They are even on the same street as delivery address. Going to Broadway & 51st! I could have hired a pigeon and gotten there sooner! This is a $6000 package and it is insured and has 1person to sign for it! WOW WAS THE RIGHT RESPONSE! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I would give -5 Stars

UPS is getting worse for delivery , it was ok, it is very late delivery every time right now. Try to use different delivery options

You guys have not updated anything about my package in 5 days and it was scheduled to be here yesterday by the latest, and I’m looking at the track my package and it’s not even in a facility. It’s just giving me random addresses in the area everytime. Like what’s yall problem?

I don't understand the way b you guys at UPS handle everyday business make it so complicated. I am still waiting for my package actually arrived last week but I was not home an instead of the UPS delivery person leave the package outside the front door took it am returned to your warehouse m. I never made certified it us that policie of you guys that makes it so inconvenient, and then send me easily statating the my package is been deliver at a local CVS and I have to go pick it up the next day we'll is Saturday the next day an mote: (UPS don't deliver on weekends) so I go pick it up the next day to find out it is not there. And now I received email saying that my package will be deliver on Tuesday that is tomorrow so I went ahead an track my package an is saying that us ready for pick-up?, whatever "fluck" not F..........! OK I did not say it, it is wrong with peopke??? Are guys playing games with me it looks like. I tell you what I an not going to ho pick it up at what ever UPS facility or neither CVS neither OK so you do what you have to do I will never ever again do business with you at UPS.
