The website states delivery time is 3-5 days, it is now 10 days and my parcel says it's been in Tamworth since the 29/3/2024. The tracking details are in German and online chat only speak German. I would never order from this site again. And if my parcel doesn't arrive by tomorrow I want a refund of my £7.99 Delivery fee at least!!

Their customer service automated help is not friendly user when trying to track a delivery not receive on the scheduled date. After a deep search The system stated that a delivery address was missing. When open an online account I discovered the my address was listed not once but twice. By use of te online account I attempted to delete one of the addresses but the prompts would not allow me to do so. So I went back to the automated help and after a long round about process it ask if I wanted to talk to someone in customer service by way of phone, text or email. When I selected email the system prompted me to open another account in order to send an email. Warming if there is a issue with UPS delivery. You are screwed, resolving the problem is nightmare. From now on if a vendor use UPS for shipment I will not order from them.

I was expecting to receive my parcel on March 26, but still I am not receiving. Today is April 1, but still don’t receive it.

Package allegedly shipped from Idaho March 22 but had not been delivered to Surrey as of April 1. I could have driven to Idaho and returned quicker than UPS delivery. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Never get package on times always late

Hello My parcel tracking id 1ZW7583F0435147276 My personal had reached Germany on 10th March. But till now it has not been received from the address I had given.today 29 march Why has my parcel not been received yet? what happens when it happens To my parcel I requested you.to give my parcel detail please give me the information I have.

Packages are always delivered on specified date. Cheaper to send ups than to drive 1700 miles!

I was waiting for a really important letter from Italy and that letter after that long way was lost in Edmonton it's Incredible and unacceptable... I called 3 times the support UPS Center but after 2 months any changes no body care about this .

They never manage to deliver any of my packages. They never even bother to try. The parcel goes missing for days and days while they send me messages to say I was out or the address is wrong or some other nonsense. Then the package might get dumped at a pick up location in a wholly inconvenient location - if I’m lucky.

Why does my package going from Utah to California when it suppose to be delivered to Alberta Canada. It seems to be going the wrong way

So disappointed in UPS. If I could I would not use you guys at all You guys have been such a disappointment in the last 2 years that I've used you and I really want to stop using you but unfortunately some places that I order do you do and I wish they wouldn't they're complaining too about you guys.. UPS used to be on top of the world now they're in the s*** gutter
