Dropped off envelope Monday At 3 PM paid $43.00 to guarantee Tuesday delivery by 10:30 AM it is Thursday still waiting on delivery!!

Worst service in the world we paid $218 for the shippment and afterwards they are saying that we need to pay more $500 to get the phone back to us it's useless UPS is USELESS

Been 7 days and still not delivered. Sooo slow and no message reg expected time of delivery. Bad service!

I paid 20$ extra for 2 day shipping and it’s now 5 days and still haven’t received it . Status shows delayed and when I contacted vendor they say they have given it to ups at right time . UPS is failing miserably and price very high for the kind of service they do

Ups from Bangalore are scamming people there is one man Vishwanath he ask money for tax and talk rudely with customers so I decided not to give them business anymore

100% scammer I bought phone in usa 1200 usd and ups from bangalore is saying Me I have to pay 970000 rs tax and duty separate Vishwanath is the name of person they are looting people's and rudely talk with customers this is my last shipment with ups I have shop in kerala I use to give ups lot business believe me I won't do any more business with them from yesterday 04 03 24 bye bye scammers

UPS was one of the top Parcel Services they're failing miserably. I don't know how many packages I didn't receive through them. My seller and I tested out their system and found out they said I received it when it was never shipped but they went through the motions I have a tracking history for a package that was never sent go figure I would never use UPS when I was in charge of shipping from major corporation I use UPS a lot and then Fred Smith started FedEx and we rapidly switched to FedEx. Even the US mail beats out UPS and the US mail loses just about everything

Tracking is poor. Package picked up last week...looks like it's still on the mainland. So much for delivery today.

I've been getting the run around, with 4 customer service. They say my pkg was delivered on March 1...I DID NOT GET MY PKG nor was there a slip . WHERE IN GOD'S GREEN EARTH IS MY PKG!!!
