  • Unfortunately bad experience. Parcel from US to DE landed at one of the filials in München. When I tried to pick it up - nobody could find it in the shop. To find the parcel I had to make an account at UPS - after complaining I have received only spam from UPS - no any information about the lost parcel...

  • I have missed first delivery, and I wish to change the mailing address which ensure the mail will receive there. I can't find any approach by UPS to provide this choice.

  • I sent a package from jax to Orlando fl. Should have been there the next day. It's a 2 hour drive! 2days later I hear that it was delayed due to tornadoes in KENTUCKY! And now it is in New Jersey! Should be delivered on March 6...7days later. I will believe it when I see it. Meanwhile I have to retake my samples and resubmit them, thus time byFEDEX....This is the 2nd time in 2 months this has happened. Last month they lost them all together.

  • This is the worst company. I took off from work just to receive my package because it requires signatures and drivers didn’t even bother him/herself to ring the door bell so I could know that the driver is here. And simply left the note to pick it form the access point on Monday. It is an express delivery and I need it today and now I have to wait till Monday which means for another three days. This is the worst experience with any of the courier company so far.

  • The worst service I have ever used. I was eagerly waiting for a package under express delivery and took off from work because of the packag because signatures were required. Driver didn’t even bother him/her self to ring the door bell or knock so that I could come and sign he/she simply left the note that he/she attempted the delivery and now I have to pickup the parcel on Monday and it’s just Friday today and I have wait too long for the package. I wish I could give 0 starts. This is really ridiculous.

  • Worse shipping I've ever used. Between customs charges and going back and forth from China to US to Canada, back to China to Alaska to Kentucky back to Canada again with a customs charge. Crappy priority service

  • They simply won't deliver after 3 weeks of waiting and constant delivery time slots that they have not honoured. I contacted them on x (twitter) and they said they would contact me I 24hour (they never did), but they did update another delivery time slot, which again they didn't adhere to. Basically it's a new way of shopping.. pay for something and never get it...
