Terrible service, package has taken two weeks to start moving. Pitiful

Very bad courier service. I have asked the shipper never to use UPS courier in future. Their charges are same as FedEx. My item was shipped on the 10th of February from India. Today is the 22nd of February and I haven't still it has not been delivered to me in Sydney. Never use UPS courier. Very bad courier service.

What has happened to this awe some tracking service threw UPS?????HELP

NY to Toronto EXPRESS ... what exactly does EXPRESS mean to UPS. 4 days have passed and I still do not have the package, and trying to get answers all day was unsuccessful. No one seems to know what is going on. AWFUL service -- will not use UPS again!

UPS is got to be the worst courier company on the planet they’ve been trying to deliver my package for over a week now they upset my company and my project behind by four days and cost me over $6000 by not meeting deadlines they have lied to me each and every time I have called customer service telling me a different story anywhere ranging from your out of our delivery area to that the package was addressed wrong we’ve been in this location for 20 years all you have to do is put the address into Google and it drops a pin right at our site so the lie to me and tell me that the address was wrong is crap I talked with a woman on Friday at UPS she said that she contacted the driver he was still close and she would turn them around and I would have my package Friday here we are at Tuesday of the next week still have not received my package had to actually give a new address to a friends business in in a local town here where I have to actually drive to get my package now UPS is a horrible company their drivers are incompetent their customer service agents are incompetent and lie their drivers make every excuse in the book to not do their jobs correctly they used to deliver here when they delivered out of Calgary they would come directly to my site without any issues at all now they have changed everything and it comes out of the red deer depot it has been nothing but a horror show the last three times we will never ever use the UPS service again and our company under contract with them pay them tens of thousands of dollars in courier service we will be cancelling our Contract with UPS going forward please do not support this horrible service!!!

Have nothing but positive feedback for UPS. The guys that work at the UPS in Hollywood, Fl at Young Circle are efficient , courteous, and professional. Sean packs the items for shipment carefully and have never had a problem with the items arriving in the same way they were shipped.

I was told parcel was trying to be delivered to me, but nobody was home. I’m always home. So I have no idea where my package is

PS is the worst carrier and if they hire really inapt people that can’t figure out how to open the door or call the building manager to get into the building and they always bring back the package and then it takes me a week to get it fortunately with Amazon I just order another one and I’ll just keep ordering more and more into Amazon figures out they should stop using UPS

Document to Europe should not take 6 days. Either the system is incorrect or very poor service!
