My package was not delivered and I can't get any assistance in the matter!

You’ve corrected a correct address to a crazy wrong address and I can get NO help to make it right

Paid for documents to go to SC from FL .sent February 26. Needed to be in NC on February 28 th .Here it is the 29 and it's in Jacksonville fl

Had to have documents sent to NC on the 28 th of Jan was told it should get there but no guarantees

Very stupid service this first and will be last time use this company ups

Just asking how does something that only 30 minutes away going to take three days to get there it makes no sense don't get me wrong I'm glad it here but Dame.

It's been 6 days since I paid UPS $377.00 to ship my small parcel to St. John's, NL from Toronto, ON and still no delivery. Tracking it shows no difinitive information on where it is or when it will be delivered. I am not happy at all with this costly and unsatisfactory service. Should be no star rating.

My package has been sitting somewhere about a hour and a half from me for over a week. It hasnt moved

I don't understand the need for my package to go so far away...

They are requesting for $68 for a parcel that its value is not more than $50. Still i didn't accept this deal with this stupid company, How should i pay more than its real value. Even i paid more than.$50 for its transport. Unprofessional and cheater company

Paid $377.00 to ship a small 2 on laptop to St.John's, NL from Toronto, ON via air on Feb 24 AM and they put the wrong postal code (their mistake) and delivered it to some place in Bracebridge, ON. Now they say it's "estimated" delivery is by end of day Feb. 29. This is totally unacceptable.

Messed up my delivery saying it was out for delivery and never came.

My package was one day late for collection, but in the end UPS service was excellent.
