It's been 6 days since I paid UPS $377.00 to ship my small parcel to St. John's, NL from Toronto, ON and still no delivery. Tracking it shows no difinitive information on where it is or when it will be delivered. I am not happy at all with this costly and unsatisfactory service. Should be no star rating.

They are requesting for $68 for a parcel that its value is not more than $50. Still i didn't accept this deal with this stupid company, How should i pay more than its real value. Even i paid more than.$50 for its transport. Unprofessional and cheater company

Paid $377.00 to ship a small 2 on laptop to St.John's, NL from Toronto, ON via air on Feb 24 AM and they put the wrong postal code (their mistake) and delivered it to some place in Bracebridge, ON. Now they say it's "estimated" delivery is by end of day Feb. 29. This is totally unacceptable.
