Worrest service, delay in delivery, sealed packets damaged, i don't send in further through UPS zero rating

Paid for a small box to be delivered next day. A lot of money was to be there on Friday and here it is Monday and still not there.

They sent my package to the wrong address. Now the person and confedential info is now just floating around the the world somewhere. And I say somewhere because the tracking number given shows nothing. If the package is lost there will be legal action.

I’m just giving 2 starts cuz at least it’s in Jacksonville and not in Miami, but I sent small item week ago from Key West in Oregon and they said it would be on Monday, for a week it didn’t even pass the Florida how the hell would it go to Oregon in 2 days I’m just wondering

The UPS driver didn't wait long enough for me to open the door. He also left no note in the letterbox to tell us where he left. After some research it is supposedly in Adnans vegetable shop in a street about five km from us. After driving there to pick up the package we find there D is no Adnan or vegetable shop at that street number. We need the package yesterday. Disaster. My package from California arrived promptly. Tracking updates were accurate and helpful.

Hefty payment and loads of tension is all UPS is about. The customer had to to travel for around an hour to go collect the consignment. Else it wouldn't reach for their need. Decided never ever to send vide this courier.

What kind of a stupid currier company is this? Someone's transcript was sent through useless currier service for the past 21 days now, and your tracking keep saying Lagos Nigeria!!! For Nigeria to allow such a mess of a company to company to continue operating in Nigeria means that Nigeria itself is a gone country. Ups license should be retrieved and chase out of Nigeria completely because they don't have what is takes to operate as a company.

It’s bad poor services over 8 days nothing arrive

I sent a small package to the City of Popayán - Cauca, Colombia. It at The Post Office January 31 2024! Up today nothing we don't know where the package is! The delivery of mail is just disgusting in Colombia! I never again I will never use their service again. It is so disappointing!
