UPS reviews

I am terribly disappointed with this service and if I had known, I would have gone for a different courier service. A parcel submitted to UPS in Nnewi, Nigeria on Wednesday 13th February 2004, and destined for USA, still shows it is presently located in Benin, Nigeria by Monday, 19th February.

Document to Europe should not take 6 days. Either the system is incorrect or very poor service!

Told delivery delayed but no tracking information displayed. Another time was told business was closed when we were there! They just assumed we weren’t in with very few vehicles on site. Very frustrating when expecting a package and needing the item(s) to then have to wait because of they didn’t even try to deliver.

Lost my package at the processing facility in West Chester, PA. It was supposed to be delivered Feb 8. Today is Feb 19 and the package has disappeared. If it was on a truck, they must have a way of identifying the driver.

I paid $25.00 to have my package delivered by express on2/8/24, never received package and keep getting sever weather is problem and it's now 11 days and no package

Package said delivered Friday to front porch. Been home all day waiting. Never was on my front porch. Called Walmart and they said that , third parties will say delivered even though it has not been. The second package keeps saying on its way for 10 days and not delivered. So 48 hours is today and I have to cancel and get my refund. No more shopping here

We have handed over the parcel on 12.2.24, tracking no. generated on 13.2.24 till date no information about the package

Not satisfied. Been waiting at home for my parcel since 3 days. Today Sunday all at home never expected but we are in. They just stuck a pick up note on the door. Now the weekend offices are closed. Monday is a public holiday UPS is closed as well. What kind of service is this. How deceitful in their ways of working. No good rating. They have done it in the past and now again. No delivery on time. We have to pick up at a much later date because of a holiday after the weekend. Bad service.

Way to slow. Needs better management. My packages are always late .

NOT satisfied. Delivery was supposed to be at my address, I was there all day waiting for it. Tracking says they came and I was not available, BUT IT'S A LIE. The delivery Guy never came home. I would know, I had snow the night before... I would have seen foot tracks to my door ! So I had to ride 20 km to get my package.

Too slow, I had an item come from China, it arrived before the one UPS was supposed to deliver to me. Ask yourself about your service

I haven't received any updates on when my box should arrive. Tracking number says is on its way for over a week and shows that it is in same state. Annoying to me.

Very slow. They charge premium and pay regular fees to ship. There are 2 flights atleast from Europe on a daily basis.

I don't know about all this negative comments, but I got what I ordered arrived from China today on time. Thank you
