Said attempted delivery 1:13 I was at home at that time and no one knocked on my door. I know it snowed a little today but that's not an excuse to lie about delivery. It's bullshit I have to wait longer because they couldn't do their real job

Extremely slow on deliveries. If you're in the United States and you order from the United States it shouldn't take a week or better for the package to arrive from west Coast to east Coast!!!!!! Do they not use planes anymore? Do they got one driver that's hauling from West Coast to East Coast?

Package delivery extremely slow. I paid a small fortune . It should of taken 3 days and took 9.

UPS has severe with communicating when a package will be delivered. I get text messages saying the time for delivery is between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Then nothing is delivered until 9:00 PM. I cannot believe that a company that must know where packages are and when they should be delivered is so bad at getting this information correct. Or, when the 9:00 PM cutoff time is not made, UPS changes the delivery to 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and it is delivered at 9:00 PM. UPS has severe issues with there service in El Paso.

It says that my package has been delivered but it is not there and I have cameras outside my house and no one looks at the time it says it is delivered...my address is in El paso Texas but it said delivery on Green Bay

This idiot tracking system says my package has not been received by UPS and also that it will be delivered today. Can both things be true? Only if you inhabit the world of "IDGAF" (which is where UPS lives). Jeez

You guys are very useless why all this lies I was home all through Friday your delivery didn’t show so why saying you didn’t meet anybody at home you guys should bring my packages. I will never use UPS again coz you people are bunch of idiots

These people are lying incompetent idiots. Do not believe anything they tell you or anything on their website. I wish them all ill.

Several times already, the UPS employee does not bring the parcel, but takes it to the pickup location, without checking whether there is anyone at home. I have a very negative assessment of their working style.

They will lie to you. There website is continuing to lie to me. They are idiots.

Worst service provider for shipment, tracking doesn't show the track of the package. All of my previous shipments were behind schedule by at least 1 wèek.

These people will openly lie to you! Don’t believe anything it says on their website.
