My package is missing in Livorno.

I never got my package whilst is saying delivered, l really don't get it why would it say delivered without a proof of a picture.l was supposed to receive it today but at my front door there was no package delivered.

I've been to this UPS drop off twice friendly staff and fast service.

My package is at casablanca customs since 29 january…there’s no update since then…my package amount was also not that much, why is it taking so much for clearance? Kindly reply and do something about it! I’ve seen reviews of people who are fed up with your moronic and 3rd class services

I never got my package said it was delivered at my side door it don't take a genius to see I have a front door and a back door so where did my package get left at I guess someone else is happy cause I'm mad as he double l

Was told the package was delivered but the business was closed so they could not deliver. I told them three times it’s not a business, it’s a house. This is ridiculous!!

I never get any updated tracking information when I'm receiving a package from ups until the day of delivery. It's always late and I never know of a date.

Efficient service, from leaving Florida to arriving in Scotland. I was kept up to date Every step of way. Driver very courtious, i would yse UPS again. Thank you

Your guys website is not done properly which makes it hard to find what you are looking for. When you call in you have to say your tracking number and the ups tracking number is so long and it catches every sound which makes it hard for the system to hear and it won’t let you speak to a representative or type in the number. And then when you finally get to talk to someone after 2 minutes they cut out and when the phone cuts off no one calls you back. Fix that

I think I will start packaging random excrement and send ing it through ups and then just let it sit there as long as possible just to get even with all of your employees that lied to me over and over.

I can’t believe anything this bad and this stupid could stay in business. Why this company decided to use UPS I will never know. I talk to 3 different operators all of which gave different info and as it turns out none of them were right. The computerized tracking was also false and they knew it was false at the time they provided it. I don’t even see any review on their own website where they get more than 1 star.

Very happy to receive packages through UPS so far all my orders have arrived before the established time. I congratulate you from those who packed to the driver delivered.
