This is a scam they say that the package is in Ontario when they don't even deliver the package to you

Wonderful service sweet and kind people working the delivery track they’re always greeting me with a smile and getting things to me way before I thought they would arrive ten out of ten for you guys keep it up

Pathetic service. Courier sent from India on dated 20th Jan its 10th Feb today but still there is no update regarding the delivery

Though it reached Dallas on time it is delivered to a wrong address and it has to be collected from that person.Needs more diligence please.

I did not receive the package even thought it says delivered

Amazon sent me a package with your company and i never received it. According to the tracking numer it said it was delivered but i never received. Can someone check that for me please?

Very bad experience with my package delivery getting to my house on time , driver doesn’t even get off the truck sometimes doesn’t even leave me a note . Then I get to the ups facility and I have to wait 45min for front counter team to look for my package in the truck . Because is to lazy to leave it at the front counter . Very unprofessional service.

my parcel was purchased Jan 22 / today is Friday Feb 9th. still have NOT received package. Tracking shows it somewhere in Ontario California.Ca::::Curious?? I live in Sarnia Ontario.Ca. and NOt Timbuktu in Africa. Could be using a donkey maybe. Im not impressed with delivery and or the UPS tracking. I have an Amazon account that is Next Day delivery. If UPS doesn't smarten up, then your going to go out of business

Slow service and not a good option for Corrier

Your services are very very poor, no updates no communication and your charges are way too much

I have sent packages and you gave days delivery and it’s not get it to the destination

Should have shipped with US Postal service. UPS is the worst shipping company I have ever used. About 2 weeks and now held up at the border for taxes or duty.

Did not received the package even though it says delivered.

Surepost is crap! Each time UPS is handed off to an outside carrier such as sure post my items on order have been lost; every single time! And so once again my package is lost I have instructed my retail operation not to use your post anymore.

I'm going to cry my medicine that shouldn't be cut should arrive today I paid for express delivery and now I'm nervous I see delivery estimated at 10 it's horrible I still can't believe it
