One of the most irresponsible couriers I have come across. A parcel sent from US to Chennai was kept in Bengaluru for 2 months after which they send a letter asking what to do with the parcel. I can't figure out anything from this site getting no answers all I see is piles of advertising after going to UPS site that I font understand it covers over most of ups stuff . Terrible

The worst delivery service ever . Even with full delivery instructions can’t deliver package.

UPS claims to have delivered funeral urn but I have NOT received it. Very upset as funeral was Jan 18, 2024! We are Jan 30, 2024 and still no information where urn is. They just repeat that it was delivered and on and on and on !!! No one at UPS follows up/contacts us. Very poor service

UPS is TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. My parcel has been in their warehouse for 4 days! No movement. I wish UPS goes out of business. They are not fit to operate.

Very bad service, I have been waiting for more than 4 days for them to give me a response about my package that I bought on Amazon and I still have no response and I don't know when the delivery will be. I do not recommend this company to anyone
