For the life of me , I can’t understand why Apple, the biggest company on the planet, uses this terrible company. They’re the worst, they’ve been the worst for years. Intelcom is a close second.

Still have no idea why you all have not delivered my package. It's been 20 miles away for 7 day's. Would love to hear this excuse

RITE ON TIME THANKS

Well, even though we have a long driveway I am accustomed to packages being placed in a plastic bag when left at the bottom near the mailbox. Today, with snow and melting and a WET surface on the ground, my packages, two in cardboard boxes and one in a plastic mailer bag, shipping bag were left uncovered and unprotected from the elements. Unprofessional and unnecessary. No excuse for this lack of care. I have a picture if you are interested.

Parcel was posted 08/01/2024 from Sri Lanka. It reached Rchmond warehouse 16/01/2024. Till yeaterday it was at Richmond. I dont know why this tortle speed. It is very bad parcel service. My tension is building up n make me frustrated. I dont know what my foods in the parcel have spoiled already.

Really poor service. I won't never use it again.

Absolutely no information. Worst tracking system

Most worst service in the world. The package expected on Sunday is still with courier service and on status there is no standard information under tracking. Very much regretted. There's no good review on UPS as referred. Every one had the same problem of delayed deliveries. Very much regretted.

My Amazon order was delivered with a public view, I have a big plant pot jus a few inches from where it was delivered and it could have been hidden, just like all my other Amazon’s delivers had done so. I’m sure the drivers are under a lot of heavy pressure with their heavy loads, and have to be in the run; I don’t blame them, I blame UPS. I had had several gross experiences with this company, and had recommended my sellers not to use such company.

It's the worst delivery service. I'm waiting for my package more than 4 days and the excuse is weather conditions. The costumer services didn't answer. I recommend use a different company. UPS is to expensive too. I'm disappointed with this situation at all.

Was supposed to have delivery last Thursday, then it was changed due to weather, then said delivery on Sunday but still not here. Tried to track it but only shows up to last Friday when it was in Richmond, nothing since! Very poor service, and this happens every time they are the delivery people!

Package says delivered but was never delivered… I have a ring doorbell I never seen anyone at my door at the time it says delivered & there is no picture for proof … this is very sad.

Ordered from Amazon, delivery driver dropped off package at a non existing address and said it was delivered. No photo of where it was delivered. No customer service, and have to wait 15days for investigation of where this idiot dropped my package. How long does it take to ask where's the package and why did you drop it somewhere other than it's designated address? Ups has really gone to shi*t. DO NOT USE UPS!!!
