Their tracking is absolutely useless, it show no useful detail whatsoever on the package location. When waiting for an URGENT package this is EXTREMELY ANXIETY-PROVOKING. This company is a HUGE company, you'd think somebody there could improve this worthless tracking app.

Not sure why you would want to use ups. Was informed my order would arrive by 10 pm Wednesday 1/25. Didn't arrive then it was updated to 7pm Thursday 1/26. Still waiting.

Never had an issues with them really would like a better way and more acurate way to track would be nice but only time I lost a package is after it blew away but thanks to the alert from Ups that it was delivered ..I knew to go outside and find it.

UPS is supposed to be a big name in courier services. But, I am disappointed! A package from London to Canada and it's been on transit in London for 2 weeks! Poor service

Ups is the only carrier that has ever charged me so many fees , the shipper pays fees and custom fees and so does the receiver?? Once on customer service line spoke to 3-4-5 different people and they ALL said differently and different information was given to me. Terrible customer training ??? Im not sure
