Worst service ever i sent my parcel on 8 nov but it hasn't reched yet and i don't even know where my parcel is. I called the customer care soo many times but they don't even respond properly

Terrible service. Next day delivery never happened. I was never notified of any news or allowed to change the address. Sender requested a change of address to see if the package would be delivered and UPS did nothing. I called several times and it wasn’t until the package’s deadline that I was told to pick it up 10 days later.

This's so annoying and disappointing. Package shipped and expected to be delivered to me since Thursday 10th September still in transit .Disgusting!!!!

Worst services ever..even after paying so much for the parcel they asked more at the time of deliver so the other person in house didn't pay and parcel got returned...I still on asking to pay more paid the amount so that the parcel gets delivered but still no updates...it's more than a month now... extremely dissatisfied...

I live in a drive way with two houses I live at the end of the drive way and my packages always get delivered to the first house when I put in my address I always say second house on drive way I don’t know what needs to happen but it needs to I what to be able to get my packages delivered to my own house

Sent CPU on 27-09-2023 through UPS,after reached Naperville,it got board problem,They had not pre intimated about transport insurance for electronic items.
