Very Bad Service!!!

Paid for overnight and it took three days. Not very happy with UPS.

UPS told me it’s taking 2-5 days to deliver from India to USA and it was delivered on time. Great!!!! Thank you…

Extremely poor service. Parcel 1.5 weeks late and still not delivered. Phoned call center and they couldn’t care less. Basically told, it will get there when it arrives.

My package Didn’t deliver I don’t recommend UPS

I ordered a package, it was supposed to be delivered, Nov, 22 before the holiday. It never got delivered. I reached out to the store, they had to reorder my package, I’m pissed. I had paid for shipping.. to be expedited. So I could get it sooner. Haha. When I look the package up it says it’s now in New York. When I don’t even live in New York. Every time I searched it, it says a different state. Someone’s not doing their job. I am disappointed .

I went to pick up my letter at the address that the app indicated to me, a convenience store, the owner, an Asian, Chinese woman, very reluctantly told me that I had to pay 8 dollars, I told her that the shipping had already been paid, she said that If he wanted my package that was it, then he asked me for a photo ID, I gave it to him, but he said I didn't look like it in the photo, I presented him with another one and he said it didn't have my address, I presented him with my passport and he said I needed one with photo and my address, in the end she went to look for it and told me that she didn't have the package, that I had to call UPS, she was very rude, very bad service, I would never want to return to that place

Worst service the deliverey is too much late.parcel has not been received even after 12 days

I sent parcal (snacks) on 20th November Monday, usually they received parcal on Friday or saturday in US but this time it says it will reach to destination on 28th November while it is now in Laurel, MD and they deny the party to pick up or to change address. What happen if parcal item will be bad?

I still do not have my package this is twice it is 1508se royal green circle apt.E103 port saint lucie florida 34952 where is my package I paid for it

Customer care service in Brazil they don't know English and UPS don't won't to give my parcel if I call them they don't reply properly and still I dont get my parcel and I don't know y UPS is delivereing my parcel my mothers important medicine was thr in parcel please deliver my parcel as soon as possible
