Ups is the worst thing

I have never had a problem with them.

My mom wait d for this package and the time for delivery was changed 3times and she works night and did not get any sleep waiting in to package. She called and they said they had to 1130pm to deliver it she had to be at work at 12qm.

I booked on 5/11/23 till now not reached US, usually I book in other courier my friend recommended but worst service no response in the package lot of sweet and snack all will be waste if genuine they have to compensate

Package delayed. Was supposed to get it in 3 days now it says 6 days as it's being shipped. Very sad UPS. I SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE IT WASN'T BEING SHIPPED BY UPS. Always gets delayed when it's UPS. Really needed the package to be on time.

Worst tracking system, longer routes, delayed delivery. Never recommended.

Pckg was supposed to be here Thursday. Tracking was non existent for two days. Found out today its been in Las Vegas since Friday. Supposedly will receive by today at 7pm. The worst part was the person who sent it paid $53 to send it because it contains baked goods. Time to try something new. Next time, we will use FedEx.

When is my package do!.
