Worst ever service from UPS. Please avoid UPS to send courier from India

Useless tracking tool. Zero customer service

I purchased delivery and was waiting for it 2 days and after when I putted delivery date in came not in 7 PM how it was planned but in 10AM! I wasn't home and i'm still waiting for my delivery already 4 days!Thanks Ups you best!

We booked a Diwali (food articles) consignment through a courier on Monday the 6th Nov. The UPS tracking showed door delivery by Friday the 10 th Nov. Its Saturday evening here in India but the website still shows the consignment location at Bengluru stating operational delays. No further updates on probable reaching date. It's pathetic service to say the least. They are playing with the emotions of people. Enquiry with the local franchise revealed probable reaching date of Monday the 13th Nov. UPS must refund the money and make improvement in system update on consignment status.

A bad company by all standards, always late in delivery, non-compliance with deadlines, and difficulty in tracking goods

What a third rate courier . My parcel from Mumbai for USA with full payment is still lying at Bangalore since last seven days and there is no bloody response . I try to call them online and I get a call back from DTDC courier man who speaks with abusive language . What kind of people are these

My paged didn’t come

I had ordered some sweets from Indore, India. They were sent by UPS courier. It took them just 4 days to send the paecel from Indore to Mumbai to Ney York. It reached New York on 2nd November. I am still awaiting the parcel to be delivered in Westford MA. It us 7 days after it reached New York. 4 days for 12000 miles and more than 7 days for 400 miles. Definitely not efficient!!
