Really UPS don't do it good job, terrible service

counter guy so rude .

Ups unreliable, spent time on 1800 # ,three or more times,finaly thdy put you on hold and never come back and eventually you have to hangup.

My parcel has arrived in Dar-es-salaam 3 days ago. I have paid delivery to my doorstep. They have still not delivered. No one picking up calls. No response. The worst services n courier company ever seen. Will never use it again.

It's very frustrating to track UPS delivery every year...very poor service..

When it will reach usa

I'm waiting on packages and it's saying the UPS hasn't even picked up the package at shipment center yet. This has me frustrated because it is Christmas gifts and I have more to come. I am very concerned that I'm not going to receive them.

They dont even try to delivery anything...if im lucky i get a notification where to Pick it up.

Where is the zero (0) rating? First time to avail their service and could be the last. My document cant be traced by UPS and waiting for almost 2 weeks as this moment. Highly recommended if your wish to have a headache and sleepless nights thinking about your package.

Shipment reached NJ US on 2nd Nov and today 6th Nov gone, it still not delivered in texas, vey slow service

App never work properly was waiting my parcel they parently attend two times but they never ring my bell or call me I don't think drivers they doing they job properly
