UPS delivery drivers apparently don't know, or don't follow policies for missed deliveries. Don't fill out their own delivery notices leaving bewildered customers wondering how to connect with their inbound parcels. Works great for UPS who makes more money charging for unnecessary return shipping and re-shipment. Not impressed!

I really hope and wish all the online app will change courier as their courier!!! Because UpS cannot deliver anything on time!!!

UPS is always delay!!! It’s unbelievable!!! It’s the only courier that’s still stock in pandemic!!!

Tracking said it was at L5N3S6 at 11.01 I was promised delivery by end of day. It is now 1205am. I have been up and downstairs all night long there at 11pm. No UPS van. No notice on door about delivery. And no notification by email or text to me all day.really bad service. Also told lies that they tried to deliver earlier in day. Nobody came to my door, nobody buzzed to get in. Then customer service agreed they did NOT come to my address.
