My packages are gifts and Not only do I pay for high cost to get there my packages are delay in Pakistan and charge a fee to my friend in Pakistan for a package they don't want to deliver when I pay high money for international delivery and they want money for it to be pick up by my friend when I paid a fee from it to be delivered by his home. Lohore did not even contact me that there was a problem of my package. Sad

Very unhappy, my parcel , finally found in another country . No way to speak with someone. Notices saying delivered inCanada when package was still in US. Wish there was zero stars to give.

The worst service ever. My daughter needed her asthma inhaler shipped to her in Texas as she forgot it and was having asthma. I paid for express shipping on Monday paid $77 to have it to her by Wednesday and it it still not there and when I called I was told it will get to her on Friday. Not acceptable why should I be charged for delivery Wednesday when it still is getting hopefully to her Friday when I could have paid only $30. Plus regular mail for way cheaper would have probably got to her faster. I tried to get the billing dept to get a refund and everything is automated and no one answered. Never using this service again. I give it no stars at all

Terrible service, liars, they spend the whole day waiting for my package and it says in the notes that the sender was not available, the worst thing is that I saw the truck outside and it never entered the apartments nor did they leave a note.

didn't provide proper information regarding the shipping detail , now I would like the package return or my money back because the receiver didn't receive package. no information provided about the where abouts of the package. I lost $278 dollar shipping cost . I will never use the company again. you show employ people who know what they are doing.

I shipped a package on October 12, 2023, which was supposed to be delivered on October 19, 2023, here it is October 25, 2023 and the package still hasn’t been delivered. Trying to get a live customer service agent to speak with is impossible. All that UPS has is a worthless computer generated (AI) that wastes your time if you’re attempting to get live information. With service like this, we are looking at the end of days for UPS. I could have mailed the package using USPS and it would have already been delivered. Before you plan on shipping anything out, and you’re considering shipping with UPS, read the reviews. UPS = Unbelievably Poor Service
