The drivers don’t make attention to parcels even if it’s written that’s a fragile thing I always have a broken products. Even in front of my business place and telling them be careful they don’t really listen

UPS is a scammer when it comes to delivery from outside of Canada. Charge huge amounts for customs. On items that should not be taxed, then add their huge fees as well. Never use for deliveries from outside of Canada. Top it off they say they tried to deliver but no one home. This was BS. I was there the entire day.

Good service friendly but a little late was able to track and find out details and in those details found out that parcel was going to take a little longer to get to me which was fine because like I said with the ups app you can find out where they are at and that really helped also the driver that delivered parcel was friendly and kind he also asked where we would like them to drop package off if we were expecting packages in the future so that they would be safe untill we got them I gave them a 5 star rating

Worse shipping service ever, I don't recommend ups service to anyone,over 3weeks my order has not been delivered and it was supposed to be delivered in 7days,till now no update, the wedding is this weekend and my Package has not even reach my country what am i going to wear UPS.... I hate everything about your service
