Horrifically bad service. They couldn’t be bothered to try and deliver my parcel. Pretending that I wasn’t at home..I WAS at home. Then they left the parcel at a pick up point over 40km from my home and expected me to go and get it.

It was terrible, you couldn't get your parcel but they marked delivered. This system did nothing to help me.

After paying a premium for fast delivery from US to AU, my parcel has been stuck somewhere for days without advancement. The expected delivery date has passed and I have no idea as to when it will arrive!
