UPS lied and never delivered my parcel. They are not on camera, they never came to my door. They did this twice with one package and instead of my package being in Toronto in my home it's in Concord 4 days later. But that's fine I didn't need my new monitor, who needs internet? Apparently not UPS, bunch of jackases

I made a purchase and unfortunately I put the wrong address (only the house number) I changed it the same day the delivery would be made but it couldn't be carried out because the address would be wrong, I've been waiting for 6 days and nothing has more options and I can't find out what's going on with my package and the app just says “Address Change request” which I've already done, I'll need my package in a few days and I don't know what to do I might even have lost my money because of that courier service horrible

I don't know how many times they have told me that I have received my order and it never arrives! Really bad support
