Hard to get good information.

Very bad service from ups while they call they just didn't even give a full ring and then you don't have option to back call... Wasted my whole day but still didn't get my parcel which has my phone.. They just don't understand others. I never recommended someone to order anything through ups, they are just gonna waste your time.

Your lost my husband's package

I paid 25 dollars for a service from one day to the next, and they have been waiting for 3 days and instead of being closer today my package is further away than yesterday

My package has not arrived the date that it was supposed to arrive, it has some credit cards and cell phones from which some of those items I been getting notifications that either were used or attempted to use. The supposed delivery date was last Tuesday 25th

I’m still wondering how my package got lost at the UPS offices

I purchased a laptop and it was supposed to be delivered from Friday 21, they said the address was wrong and I modified it and are you telling me that it take almost 5 day to change an address and deliver the item ...poor poor customer service....poor service overall.

My package arrived on time. With no damage.

A shipment of 4 cartons has been separated into 3 arrival dates. Wrong status has been shown in the UPS website. Moreover, in the last shipment, goods was damaged and got wet, while it was very complicated to claim the compensation, and it has not been settled down yet, after 4 months.

My package was.shipping to the wrong address this the Tracking ID: 1Z6F95V30301938592 it was delivered on 20 th July 2023. Can I please have my package delivered to the right address

delayed due to weather is acceptable,,but delayed because of miss transfer is not acceptable and always delay delay delay they told me they will get my parcel July 20 its already 21 and still enroute

My parcel ? has spent 18 days in Germany ??.. poor service and it’s very worrisome
