Package containing food not delivered as promised. Did not notify me.

I'm not too happy. The box came damaged. It had a hole in it. I hope the product is not damaged as well.

Poor service delivery. I paid for express yet it took a long time before the parcel was delivered.

My package has been in IL for 3 days. No wonder why you guy's rating is so low. I don’t even think they will make a scheduled delivery date!

Very poor in ways of communication. I have been waiting for my package the whole day in the house. I have my information to be contacted but nothing happened. It says package was delivered but I never received it.

Been waiting forever for my package although I paid for express. Finally said out for delivery at 9:01a and here it is almost 5:30pm. I gotta say this is the worst service

Well I am laying around waiting on my shoes cause I would like to wear them today.I dnt want them to be taken.

Called UPS to fix an error with my address, was told my package would be delivered the next day. That was a week ago. Still waiting, absolutely ridiculous
