Tried the tracking number and it doesn't say where the package is. There was an ask the expert message and I don't even know if it had anything to do with UPS . No answer whether it was or not but wanted to charge me for information .

UPS is great. I have an awesome ups driver. You (so far), haven't lost or broken my items. I go to UPS, any time I have a package to send out. Keep doing what you are doing and I will stay a loyal customer.

Had to wait 4 days for a delivery. Telling they tried to, without leaving a card or notice, After 5 phone calls , finally got my package. So Customer service mediocre. Never again.

I sent package that was supposed to be delivered July 1st. It is now July 4th and tracking still says it is “in transit”! UPS is horrible and I have no idea where the package that I paid $13.16 to ship is!!?
