Worst service ever. My package has been in Vestal since June 22nd. It’s now June 26th and still not delivered. Why?? Just ridiculous!

Amazon guaranteed delivery by UPS 4 days ago and I'm still waiting. The worst courier I've dealt with. All I'm hearing is "we're sorry your package is delayed ". Fix your service UPS! Unacceptable!

Will not recommend UPS to anyone. They let us down even after paying on express post. Handed important documents on the 17th of June 2023 to be delivered on the 20th of June 2023. Received only on the 23rd. A famous Courier service could not locate the address. Shame on you Disappointed, will not trust your service again.

It is clearly written at the front door that please order my goods or correspondence at the back door , the crook who stole the package at the front door is very disappointed

Why ups delivery look like hidden my packet at somewhere at my parking lot , I never see it during the night time when I cach it tour massage , I just know my packet at the parking lot . Why you didn’t knock the door or ringing the bell in front of my house let me know . So bad , nothing hide

I hope it's not as bad as everyone is saying. Having said that, this stuff I ordered was free so I really can't complain

This is my first time of receiving a parcel through ups. It's is received exactly the time written on the tracking information slip. You deserve more than 5⭐s

A very bad system and servic, never will get ur parcel on the time. I had several times contacted and they provide me the deadline but unfortunately they r lieing. Unprofessional and false system.

Worse. Company to try to work with in the U.S. Reminds me of a 50 year old joke, how many UPS employees does it take to screw in a light bulb. 49 hold the bulb while someone else figures out how to screw them around.

A very bad anf scam system, when u get something from out of canada borders u have to pay twice. UPS is just makimg money for it self by stealing money of others pocket.
