My parcel May 24/24 was shipped from Lakeland to Pointe Claire, Quebec, Canada. IT IS IN CUSTOMS in “England & Ireland” it says? How do I get it and how do I find out where it is? THERE IS NOT ONE ANSWER FROM USPS.

Last year I mailed a letter, with a check, to the US Federal Courthouse in Philadelphia, requesting citizenship information. After 1 month it was returned, undeliverable....I placed the unopened envelope into a brown envelope, addressed it to include "US Federal Courthouse" and remailed it. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED NOR WAS IT RETURNED TO ME. I do not know what the postal service problem is and why it can only provide bad service while increasing postal rates but I can say that the public is sick & tired of receiving unacceptable service. It amazes me that the post office is still in business.

Why is my package in Hawaii?! I sent it from Illinois to Florida?!?! Why in the world is it late and sitting in Hawaii??

I mailed a box from Huntsville, Texas on June 4 going to Kansas City, MO. The postal worker said that I was so early that my package might get there the next day. It is now June 11 and no one knows where my package is. I filed a complaint and they supposedly have opened an investigation and said they would contact me within 3 days. 5 days later - still no word. I paid $36 for 2 day shipping. The lady in customer service said I would not receive a refund because I didn't mail it priority. Wait! What? Never again will I use USPS to send another package.

Thanks to USPS Crew, I mailed a package on June 4, 2024, to CA and the estimated was June 9, however, it was delivered today June 11,2024 at 1:49 pm NY time. I am very satisfied with USPS .

Absolutely the worst in parcel service. Will be using someone else in the future.

Mailed a box May 28th. From Cleveland to Indianapolis with 2/3 day ground delivery. Last update was June 4th. Sitting in Indianapolis USPS. Here it is June 11th. With no updates. Package has not been delivered. Do yourself a favor and use UPS! You may pay a little more but won't have the headaches of dealing with USPS. They just don't care!! How many other companies have a 2.49 out of 5 stars rating and are still in business? Never again will I deal with them. Should be ashamed. Take some pride in your job!!

No idea were package is. Terrible tracking info. Next time I'll choose UPS . Just another example of our government.

Mailed package from St Charles MO on 5 28th to a St Charles address. Still has not arrived. When I check the tracking number, it says it is on its way to next facility. When I tried to open a case number, I had almost everything entered when it suddenly tried to connect to an agent. Lost all of that input. Wait time for agent was supposedly 19 minutes. Didn't wait around.

Still package not delivered. No one seems to know what the crap is going on!!!!!! As far as Donna the lady that says be a little nicer,if you wanna be nice then you go work there, if it was your package that was sitting in limbo & being returned you would be mad too. So look @ ot from my point of view

This is the most ridiculous service ever

Hello! They said delivery ,left with individual. But the building has 24 doors.Who is this individual they said the delivery left with? This a package of $400 products. How you just left the package to a random person? This not professional at all, this is an apartment complex not a house.If the address was incomplete they should just return it to the post office and l can go to the post office to get it.I have never heard about Statuspnr.in before.
