ordered a print. it was accepted at the Anaheim, CA Dist Ctr on June 6 @ 7:43 PM. The "expected delivery date" is Monday, June 10 by 9PM. it's Monday and according to the tracking it is "in transit" BUT IT IS STILL IN Anaheim?!? Did it go to Disneyland??

June -10-2024 I don't understand how the package I was waiting for arrived in Miami Opaloka and from there they sent it to Atlanta Georgia and so far it hasn't moved from that place and tried to call and no one answers only an answering machine that doesn't resolve any problem. I want an answer to my problem

On May 15 I sent a package and today it is June and the package still has not arrived and no one has any information

Seems that Priority is the new old postal delivery time limit at a very high cost. Regular postal costs are a crap shoot on delivery times. Sometimes it’s in a van for delivery but the workers can’t deliver it all and it goes to the next shift. But is their shift in that truck in the same mapped area. Just poor organization and lack of help and sorting machines to go around. Sad.

I’m yet to receive my mail and it was supposed to delivered since June 5 and I haven’t got it till now

14 days from Texas to Kansas? I could have driven it myself. It’s been “in transit” and in state for nearly a week! No wonder the USPS is dying. Competitors seem to be doing much better at on time delivery.

Poor service, poor customer service and informed delivery sends out false information. Send out notifications and end up not being true! Holding packages for days at a time, even when the location not far from the next destination. Incompetent and lazy workers. They need training in customer service

This makes no sense. I shipped a box on a Monday and paid $100 to ship it and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, but keeps saying it’s delayed. Mind you this package on had to go seven hours if I drove it there myself. So now it’s been seven days and not three like I paid for and they have no answers for me.

I ordered a gift for my cousin at 7505 forest park ct hopkinsville ky. This address is 22 miles from ft campbell. Instead of taking the 22 miles down the rd, you foolishly send it 60 miles in the opposite direction. That is absolutely stupid, incompetent, and a waste of the publics money. We have to pay constantly rising prices and you foolishly was it.

I have sent a package to Miami 14th of May it reaches Miami in 3 days but not the destination however they say it has insufficient address, suppose to return to sender, I set up text alert three different times upon till now i dont recieved one text notification yet and it hasn't reached address yet and the package no where to be found.

Package went out on the 3rd and instead of coming to Florida from Georgia it went to Illinois and then Ohio which it's been stuck there since Wednesday the 5th why is that and tracking number has stopped as well . WTF

I mailed out package last Tuesday & have been tracking it,& the package I sent got 45 minutes from the destination & is being returned & no one can give me a reason why. So my question is this: who's going to refund the money that I paid to send this package? USPS is getting so sorry, plus the packages don't arrive in time. Go do the job you get paid to do

I wish everyone would be a little nicer. They are doing the best they can. Maybe if some of you started working there it would go faster. Since nobody can understand what the problem is. Go fix it!

Mailed package 5/29 it is now 6/10 and package still has not been delivered to its destination. Keep getting updates saying in transit package will arrive late but hasn’t left the post office yet and it’s been 12 days? After filing a claim they responded back that they basically have no idea where my package is. Unacceptable!

Well package was suppose to be delivered on June 6 but tracking says it was delivered on the June 7. No package yet. Hope it wasn’t stolen because that’s been happening in the Hannover Forest area in Spring, TX.
