Really do not know where to start on this one. I refused delivery of a mattress as per the arrangement with the supplier. Yodel brought the same mattress to my house the next day. Again I refused delivery. After numerous emails between myself and various people at Yodel, one actually admitted Yodels responsibility in losing the parcel, I am no further firward in finding out where this mattress has ended up!! I also find it strange that after 2 months they now say they can't find my tracking number...mmm??? Really bad practice

  • I am absolutely sick and tired of Yodel delivery drivers leaving parcels on my doorstep and stating delivery. This is not acceptable and is absolutely disgraceful. I live on a main road, and the so called delivery is nowhere to be found on my return. Absolute waste of time company!!!!!!

  • Parcel says it was ment to arrive on the 19th - 21st it is now the 27th and I’ve had no updated and no idea where my package is. I am absolutely FUMING!!!!!!
